Paul Krugman has just been awarded the Nobel Prize in Economics. For those of you interested in learning a bit about his major contributions, I recommend Alex Tabarrok’s helpful introduction to New Trade Theory, as well as Tyler Cowen’s more general summary. Also Stefan Karlsson points out that he did not win the prize due to his Keynesianism or left leaning values.
